What we collect
If you message us via WhatsApp, SMS, phone, or email, we get whatever you choose to send: your name, phone number, email, photos of your space, and the message itself. That's it. We don't run any forms on this site that secretly collect more
What we use it for
One thing: talking to you about your project. Scheduling a consultation, sending design sketches, quoting the work, following up after install. We don't add you to a newsletter (we don't have one). We don't run ads off your data
Who we share your contact info with
Your name, phone number, email, and anything you write to us stays with the Magas family. We don't sell lead lists. We don't pass your project details to other contractors, designers, or suppliers - unless you ask us to introduce you to someone, and then only the part you want shared
How long we keep it
Project conversations stay in our message history (WhatsApp, email, etc.) as long as we keep using those apps. If you want us to delete everything we have about you, message us at upmywall@gmail.com and we'll wipe the conversation thread within a week
Cookies, tracking, and Meta Pixel
We run the Meta Pixel (Facebook) on this site. It's a small snippet from Facebook that fires when a page loads and when the estimate form is submitted. Facebook uses it to help us reach people similar to our existing visitors with our ads, and to measure whether the ads we run actually bring people to the site
What the pixel sends to Facebook: which pages you viewed, your IP address, browser type, and (if you submit the form) that a lead event happened - not your name, phone, or email. Your name and contact details do NOT go through the pixel; those come to us directly through the form or your message
If you don't want Facebook to receive any of this from our site, you can install a tracker blocker (uBlock Origin, Privacy Badger, or the built-in blockers in Firefox / Safari / Brave), or opt out of ads personalisation in your Facebook account settings
Third-party platforms
When you reach out via WhatsApp, SMS, or email, your message also goes through that platform (Meta, your carrier, Google, etc.). Their own privacy policies apply to what they do with it - we don't control that part. The same goes for the Meta Pixel above: Facebook's own Data Policy governs what they do with the browsing signals it sends them
Changes to this page
If anything material changes about how we handle your info, we'll update this page. There's no "we may change this policy at any time without notice" trap - if we change it, you can see the change here
